A CHRISTMAS Art Retreat in the Smokies!

     Changes in meeting place availability due to the pandemic have made it necessary to postpone this event. We hope to reschedule in the near future.

 

Join us for a 3 night ladies Christmas art retreat in the beautiful Pigeon Forge area with a blend of art classes, enjoying Christmas in the Smoky Mountains, the opportunity to tour local artist shops, and more! The retreat includes accommodations at a local resort with condo style apartments and full kitchens if you wish to do a little cooking. In addition, enjoy local flavor as registration includes most meals. PLUS… you might just learn some planning or hosting tips that you can apply to your gatherings!

We have several accommodation options available. If you need a payment schedule, please select in person payment at check out and add a note for us. We can arrange a payment plan.

Retreat options:

Retreat + King Deluxe Accommodations

All retreat inclusions plus a private room with a king bed and bathroom with a whirlpool tub in a condo style resort accommodation.

Retreat + King Shared Bath Accommodations

All retreat inclusions plus a private room with a king bed and a shared bathroom in a condo style resort accommodation.

Retreat + Double/Double Accommodations

All retreat inclusions plus one of two double beds in a shared room with a shared bath in a condo style resort accommodation. This option is perfect for family members traveling together.

Retreat Commuter

All retreat inclusions minus accommodations.

Retreat inclusions:

  • 3 nights’ accommodations at a beautiful resort with mountain views, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness rooms, putt-putt, and condo style units that boast a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room areas.*
  • A meet and greet after arrival
  • A majority of meals, sampling the local flavor
  • Art workshops
  • R & R sessions-Refresh and Replenish
  • Time for shopping, exploring the area, or simply enjoying the resort amenities

*Accommodations are at a condo-style resort. Choosing a retreat option with accommodations included indicates you agree to share a condo with other ladies with either a private room or shared double/double, according to your choice, and hold harmless Always Yours Occasions, LLC, and other persons affiliated with the retreat for any risks in so doing.

Event FAQs

Do I supply the materials?
You will receive an email before the retreat with details regarding the supplies for each class. The artist will provide most of the supplies and provide a list of needed materials. Most of what you will need to bring will be small items that will travel easily.
If I cannot go, can someone else go in my stead?
As long as we can get the necessary details and everything is paid in full by the date deadline, yes. However, due to limitations of size and locations we may not be able to change classes.
Are there any refunds?
In most cases, no. However, someone may be able to take your spot or you may be able to apply payment toward another event.
What type of art will we be doing?
We are so excited for our art classes with Camille Spires with Art Studio of the Smokies where we will be creating two paintings on canvas using different techniques. One of the paintings will be a 16" x 20" and the other is a 12" x 12". If you are bring a carry-on size suitcase the larger frame may not fit. Let us know if that is the case and we can arrange for two smaller size canvases for you.
