Introducing our new GF Cooklets!

Celebrations are a part of life. Holidays, birthdays, or a new baby are meaningful moments we rejoice in. And when there is a celebration, there is often feasting involved. Or – if not an outright feast, some special food to enjoy. 🙂

Think of nearly any celebration: a gathering with food adds to the festivity and sense of connectedness. After all, many conversations happen over a plate of food or something to drink.

But what about those who need a specific diet?

It’s not an easy thing to come to a party anticipating there’s nothing you can eat. This is so even when someone knows it’s best for their health.

Although people with food allergies may try to be low-key about it in order to keep the focus on the celebration, there can still be challenging conversations that ensue because people don’t understand. Some people think legitimate dietary needs are completely made up. And what’s worse, some behave in a way that is very hurtful on top of an already complicated situation.

Friends and family who understand the importance of the right diet for health are balm in situations like these. And when those friends and family have educated themselves on how to serve food that is safe and healthy, it really is a hug for the heart.

Especially when you are new to gluten free, it can be a puzzle to try to make food everyone enjoys.

We’ve heard from people who are frazzled over extra work when gluten free enters the picture. Especially in the beginning, they start cooking more so that everyone has something to eat and keep everyone happy. Making extra dishes for multiple diets is a good way to wear yourself out fast!

We know you need gluten free recipes that everyone enjoys – and it’s easier than you think! Many recipes only need a simple tweak. Even across a full meal, it’s possible to make a gluten free menu the entire family enjoys without doubling and tripling your work.

This is a big reason why we incorporate gluten free hosting into our events. Since Cheryl has eaten gluten free for 20 plus years, we know the difference it makes to have food to eat at a gathering and simplify the process.

That’s why we’re excited about this opportunity that will make your life easier, especially in the kitchen.

Behind the scenes we’ve been working on resources to make cooking and baking gluten free easier and to take the mental load off. Our goal is to provide you with step-by-step processes for all the recipes you need to feel confident serving harmonious gluten free menus.

Imagine not having to come up with a gluten free menu on your own. Even better, having recipes ready for you to follow that allow you to pick and choose options from a complete meal set. For instance, holiday cooklets include a traditional entree with several well loved options for side dishes and desserts.

We are excited to roll out new comprehensive recipe guides that walk you through preparing sets of related gluten free dishes that will have everyone coming back for more!

Oh yeah! Easy to follow gluten free menu plans with recipes to take the guesswork out of what to fix? Already done.
